AppSite Stakeholders

Who owns it, who runs it, and who is next.

Stakeholders keeps the company’s own register: every owner and investor, the share classes and the ledger the cap table is built from, the dividends declared and paid, the board and officers with the jobs each one does — and a succession plan for every seat. Only the people you name can open it; each shareholder sees their own stake.

Who it’s for

Anyone who owns, governs or keeps the books of a company.

Owners & founders

Your cap table, from the ledger.

Record each issuance, transfer and repurchase once; ownership and voting power are worked out from the ledger as of any date. A mistake is voided with its reason — never erased.

Boards & secretaries

Every seat, every job, every term.

Board seats, officers and committees, each with its duties written down. Appoint from a date, end with a date, and see which terms end in the next ninety days.

Shareholders

Their own stake — and nothing else.

A shareholder signs in with their verified email and sees their shares, their positions with the jobs that come with them, and every dividend paid to them. Never the cap table, never anyone else’s.

The register

One register, locked to the people you name.

Stakeholders is separate from the Portal and from the rest of the platform: signing in to the company opens nothing here until a manager names you.

  • Stakeholders — their details, what each is to the company (Owner, Investor, Advisor…), and their history.
  • Shares — classes with votes and dividend rights; issue, transfer, repurchase and cancel; the cap table as of any date.
  • Dividends — declared per class, each holder’s entitlement from the record date, payments recorded, totals by year.
  • Board & Officers — positions with seats, terms and the jobs each one does; appointments kept when they end.
  • Succession — risk of loss × impact, an emergency designee and a ranked bench of successors with their readiness.
  • Access — managers and viewers named by email; everyone else sees only their own stake.
